When top-of-the-line amenities, high-end touches, and a prime location meet, you'll have this secluded, two-story condo! The first and main floor will make your jaw drop to the floor the moment you see the floor-to-ceiling front windows and the views of the lifts. The location of the living room will help you take advantage of said windows to admire the surrounding beauty and if you'd like to take it a step further, you can use the telescope available. The living room will be the ideal place to snuggle up and share fun times after spending the day at the slopes thanks to the comfortable sectional sofa and gas fireplace. The dining area is right by the fireplace as well, so there are no cold times at this condo.

The chef of the group won't believe their eyes when they see the kitchen! It comes fully equipped with modern, stainless steel appliances, Keurig and drip coffee makers, dual sinks, and enough counter space to prepare things freely. All appliances are brand new! The French door fridge will keep your groceries nice and fresh while the dishwasher will do the dishes for you after mealtime. This condo also comes with a balcony where you'll find a gas grill, so if you thought this would be a vacation without a barbecue, you're wrong! You'll also find a stackable washer/dryer for your laundry needs, a full bathroom with dual sinks, and a tub, and two spacious bedrooms, plus a flatscreen TV, an Xbox One, a closet full of fluffy blankets and space heaters, and an ensuite full bathroom with double vanity and a tub.

This gem of a condo is located in the center of town, directly across the highway from the Giant Steps Lift Area. Brian Head Resort offers endless outdoor activities no matter the season you decide to visit! Come winter, skiing, snowshoeing, and sledding will be the perfect way to use each powder-filled day. Other seasons will uncover the hiking trails, bike paths, and maybe even a bit of fishing in the reservoir. Bristlecone Pond (0.3 of a mile) is Brian Head's newest edition. The pond sits in the heart of Brian Head and features a large pavilion (which can be reserved by contacting Town Hall) and several small pavilions, barbeque grills, campfire rings, and a playground. The pond is a hotspot for fishing, kayaking, swimming, and paddleboarding. Panguitch Lake is just 18 miles from Brian Head in Dixie National Forest right on Highway 143. The lake has approximately 10 miles of shoreline and is ideal for year-round fishing. In the summer you find excellent fishing for some of the largest rainbow trout in Utah. Boats are available for rent. In winter ice fishing is a popular sport and easily accessible from local lodges.

Very beautiful views of the Brian Head Ski Resort! Plenty of space, large rooms, and nice bathrooms. Secure garages. Plenty of towels, kitchen items, and toiletries. Disappointed that the hot tub was not working, reported to have stopped working in February and we traveled in April. Hot water runs out after a couple people bathe.

Great place, very clean and well stocked with pretty much everything you need. Not too happy about having to dump my own trash (snow was covering the dumpsters) and the hot tub was not working (knobs broken to turn on heat and jets), also to require that you take the bedding off and start a load of laundry is kind of a pain especially when you pay a cleaning fee. Overall the place was nice, close to lifts and we will be back.

The unit was clean and well provisioned. We did call Vacasa for a few maintenance issues upon our arrival and they were awesome. Quick to answer the phone and the maintenance guy showed up on time and corrected the things he could repair.

The overall condition of the exterior of the property is very poor. Stucco is falling off the walls and stone veneer is falling off on the exteriors. The interior design of these units is unique to put it nicely. The master bedroom is grossly oversized and the master bath was unusually small. Why? The living and the kitchen area are comfortable but the furniture layout does not take advantage of the view of the mountains out the huge living room window. There are two private garages included with the unit but the living space is one flight of stairs above the garage level. There is also a second floor in the unit with a bedroom in a loft and a lounge area. Every bedroom has a full bath. Would probably not stay in The Lofts again.

The condo at the lofts was perfect for my husband and I. It was spacious and clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The only thing I would change would be the mattresses. Other than that we were very comfortable and would stay here again.
