Perfect location for our activities. The amenities were great. Great place to return!

Nice, clean, spacious, quiet. Close to the mountains and close to moab. Had all we needed.

This home has 5 star potential for sure but we happen to catch it on a bad weekend. Sooooooooo, here goes... The good: *Jessica J. (Manager). This woman works hard & was more than willing to help as needed. More to follow about Jess...! *the views of the valley from the massive windows *the huge room & table to congregate and spend time with your loved ones *the wrap around balcony to watch the gorgeous Utah night sky & stars *towels galore! No shortage of bath linens here *2 refrigerators so pack all the food your group needs The not so good: *no dishwasher (not that big of a deal though. We had lots of hands to wash dishes) *occasional water pressure issues. *the flies I can't give this place a horrible review because Jessica was simply the best. Due to the strange weather prior to our arrival the home suffered a fly issue. As we settled in the night before Thanksgiving we found dead flies all over the house. Mostly on all the window ledges but also on the floor of the master bedroom. I sent Jessica a text she she responded immediately. She understood our situation and profusely apologized. She even offered to come to the place ON THANKSGIVING DAY with her children to clean the place to our satisfaction. The offer was all I needed to realize we couldn't possibly ruin her Thanksgiving she so generously was willing to give up for us. I mean... who does that? She's a better person than I am, that's for sure. Later in our stay we found the showers would randomly lose their water pressure. Not sure what caused it as no other water was being used at this times. After all was said & done, did we still enjoy our stay? Of course we did. Without the flies & wonky shower issues this place is an easy 5 star home. Without Jessica, these issues would've downgraded it to 1-2 stars. Even though we found this gem through VRBO, it's operated by Vacasa. They worked with us to make things right and TOTALLY earned my return business. Hey, bad things happen and when good people make it right, I must give them the opportunity for that second chance.

Although it's less than 300 miles from Salt Lake City, Southern Utah is a completely different world, filled with red-orange desert canyons, pink dunes, small and quirky western towns, and beautiful snow-capped mountains.

Winter activities abound

For the skiing enthusiasts, our Brian Head vacation rentals are a winning destination. With a collection of homes and condos that include studios to four-bedrooms, rustic to refined, you're sure to find your perfect ski retreat - there are even some Brian Head vacation rentals with ski-in/ski-out access right to the lifts at Navajo. And just because you're right near the desert and canyon country, don't think for a minute that the winter activities here aren't amazing - this Southern Utah ski resort gets over 360 inches of snow per year.

For a truly one-of-a-kind sightseeing experience, strap on your cross-country skis and make the six mile trip to Cedar Breaks National Monument for a view of this geologic wonder that few get to observe.

Summer activities in Southern Utah

Other times during the year, our vacation rentals in Brian Head provide a great home base for visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks (both within a 90-minute drive), fishing and boating on nearby Panguitch Lake, or visiting in the summer to attend the annual Neil Simon Theater Festival in neighboring Cedar City (just one of that town's many festivals). In the southwest corner of the state, St. George is home to a number of museums, an opera house, and stunning, year-round golf courses.

Southern Utah is a convenient stop along a southwest trip, whether you're traveling further south to the Grand Canyon and Lake Powell or northeast to Moab, Utah for Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. You may even find that getting here is half of the fun - Southern Utah is filled with some of the most picturesque roadways in the US.

For a memorable Utah getaway, choose one of our comfortable and convenient Southern Utah vacation rentals. The lower half of the Beehive State is full of postcard-perfect canyons and arches, sparking riverbeds, and exceptional outdoor adventures.
