Timberbrook 215 is a modern condo that has a fully-equipped kitchen easy meal preparation, especially after spending the day in the slopes. This getaway is on the second floor; enjoy fun-filled afternoons on the deck as you take in the mountain view, while the kids are watching their favorite movie. Turn on the wood-burning fireplace to make the place nice and warm while everyone is telling stories about how the day goes. After a fun long day of outside activity, be sure to take full advantage of the clubhouse with its pool table, air hockey, foosball, Ping-Pong, and more! There is an activity for everyone!
What's nearby: The Brian Head resort is 0.4 miles away for skiers and snowboarders and offers tubing and dining as well. The Brian Head Town Shuttle Service will pick you up and drop you off at Timberbrook, and it comes by in 20-minute intervals. There is a convenience store called Apple Annie's steps away from the condo for anything you may need or have forgotten on your way up. You can head over to Thunder Mountain Motor Sports (0.2 miles away), which offers snowmobile tours through the backcountry of Brian Head, Dixie National Forest, and Cedar Breaks National Forest. In the summer, you can mountain bike down the slopes of Brian Head, rent side-by-sides right next door at Brian Head Outdoor Adventures, and ride through the vast array of trails in the area.

The apartment was perfect for a family of four. Had everything from pots and pans to linens. Super clean and updated. Definitely will stay there again. The only thing missing is a small table and two chair for the balcony.

They do not say you are going to have to take stairs. I just had a knee replacement and had a hard time doing the stairs. Bathroom is really small. The place was clean and nice.

We visited Brian Head off-season (May) so many stores were closed and there wasn't much life in the area. On the upside, the upstairs neighbors were gone until the last two nights (during which we heard them late into the evening; not obnoxious, just general neighbor noise past quiet hours).
This second floor condo is cozy and snug with some recent updates and plush carpet. The bathroom is small and dim, but adequate, which a large tub and jacuzzi jets. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, blender, rice cooker, toaster, etc. The plates/bowls can't be mircowaved and the pots/pans are pretty low quality and hard to cook with (the knives, however, are excellent). We really enjoyed the ample light and many hooks and hangers. The fireplace was a bit of a challenge, but very nice once we got a fire going.

Our family had a great time in this wonderful place. They had plenty of extra blankets and almost everything you need. Seeing as there are so few restaurants bringing up your food is a must. I wish they could add a cookie sheet, pot holders and real dishes not plastic. Also, the $50 fee for shipping a forgotten item is a bit steep...I left my jacket behind but the $50 fee to ship it back to me didn't add up so I left it there.

Great location and a great space for family. Condo was really bright and perfectly decorated. lots of kitchen essentials already provided which is really nice. Not a lot of local food options but this kitchen is great to cook up some great meals. loved the space, would book again, highly recommend.

This place is very clean and very conveniently located close to Navajo ski lifts. The space is cozy but enough for our family of 4. Comes with plenty of supplies as well. The only thing that was a bit inconvenient was the 2 flights of stairs from parking garage. We had a SUV with a Yakima on top so we couldn't even fit into the underground garage without taking off the Yakima. But overall we love this place. Would definitely consider coming back here again.

This is a nice, comfortable place with all the necessities. A few things to note: Although this unit is on the 2nd floor, the parking garage is in the basement, so you need to walk up an extra flight of stairs. Not a big deal, but something to be aware of if you have a lot of gear/luggage. Wi-fi is stable and the TV includes Netflix, so if you have an account, you're good to go. Laundry room has no vending machine nor coin machine, so you'll need to bring your own supplies and change. Tesla charging is available .2 miles away at the Best Western Premier (110V outlets are available near parking spots at the clubhouse). Plenty of parking is available in the garage and around the complex (at least when I was there).

This may sound petty but one of the nicest things that I have ever seen at any condo that we have stayed in is sharp knives. I love to cook, especially now, but these knives were sharp. Not professional grade, but I was able to cut a tomato without totally destroying it. Other than that, the condo was very bright and fresh looking which is one of the reasons that we picked it. Very clean and something that my wife likes, I don't know why, a vacuum cleaner. It's close to everything and hopefully soon everything will be open again. Out of all the other condos that we have stayed in before in Brian Head and any other posts that I have made, this is the condo that we will come back to.

"I've heard about Brianhead through friends and wanted to take a nice weekend getaway. I came across this condo through Vacasa, and I was intrigued by the modernized appearance of the place. Hence, I decided to pick this place. The condominium is in the Timberbrook Condos, just after driving into town. It's across the street from the Navajo lifts and downhill tubing, as well as a hotel which has a coffee shop, restaurant, and bar. The condo is located next to Annie Apple store, which has all the necessary essentials if you forgot something while packing your bags and a place to rent snowmobile's and ATV riding. There's also a clubhouse, which has heated pool, jacuzzi, rec room with pool table and foosball, plus laundry room. The condominium itself is wonderful! It has a fireplace, with supplies to start a fire and plenty of wood. The kitchen has all the essentials for cooking and cutlery. Bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, plus it's stocked with towels. The bedroom was cozy and comfortable. Great views from 2 balconies. The stay was nice and relaxing; looking forward to the next time I'm in Brianhead. It a nice idea location to stay and to bring your kids along, since the room features a bunk bed. "
