The kitchen is open and breezy, offering stainless steel appliances, subway tile backsplash, a spacious island with bar seating, and a dining table for six - all with a commanding view of the water.

This waterfront home is located in the tranquil community of Baby Island Heights on the east side of Whidbey Island, on a high bluff with approximately 75 feet of frontage. It's an area of the island - seven miles northwest of downtown Langley - known for its black-tailed deer population. To access the private beach, you need only walk up the road and down the hill to the right; once you're there, you'll likely catch a glimpse of the harbor seals that are known to frequent the area. Please keep your distance from the beautiful wildlife both on and off the beach, admiring the seal, deer, and eagle population from afar.
