The Lofts is a wonderful oasis in downtown Asheville. Complete with a hidden door, you enter on the street and take internal stairs up to the main floor. Bedrooms are comparable so both couples had lovely accommodations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great 2 bedroom home in the heart of Asheville

Fantastic accommodations. Great location
Night time street noise kept us awake.
Manager response:
John, thank you for reviewing your stay with us. We're glad to hear that the home suited your needs. The convenient location does also bring some added noise, and we apologize for any disruption this caused during your visit. We look forward to hosting you for a great stay in the future. Thank you!

An eclectic home …a mixture of Rustic , farmhouse, and industrial flair to it and very conveniently located in downtown..

This is a beautifully appointed townhouse. Location was perfect. Chicken Alley in back was interesting. The bedding was first rate

This loft was really perfect if you want to be downtown in the middle of action. The balcony was amazing and it’s like being in your own little treehouse. It was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. The parking was a little confusing but not really a big deal. It is noisy, because you’re in the middle of everything, so if you’re OK with that- this place is perfect. Loved the shops and restaurants nearby. Everything was incredibly clean and all of the instructions were easy to find.

Very well supplied. Nicely decorated.

The loft was very nice, much larger than expected. It was comfortable and clean. However, problems accessing the loft with the code and then a key, overnight parking and extreme street noise at night, even during the week, is the reason for a middling review. Some of our issues could easily be addressed and hopefully will be for future guests. The loft was within walking distance to all of downtown Asheville.

Wonderful lodging in Downtown Asheville, NC. Comfortable dwelling and walking distance to so many great restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Hope to rent this spot on our return trip!! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Great place! Well-appointed and -equipped.

Only flaw is nighttime noise, worst on weekend nights. But, the place is smack-dab in the downtown entertainment area, so should not be a shock.

We came to Asheville for our daughter`s wedding and stayed here for 6 days. This is a great home and even better than the pictures. The best part is being right downtown. You can easily walk to great restaurants and brewerys. Parking in the city garage worked just fine for us but if you plan on using your car a lot the limited availability of close street parking might be something to consider. The house is very comfortable and also a great place to have a few friends over before walking to dinner. Opening the balcony doors adds a new dimension to the living space. Yes, you will hear some city noises, but that is true of any downtown location. Overall, it was the perfect spot for our trip and we would definitely stay here again next time we visit Asheville. very nice, excellent location able to walk everywhere. Very clean very comfortable, the beds could be a little more plush, but I’m used to sleep in a $5000 bed so that might not bother most This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed all the amenities and especially enjoyed the balcony overlooking the street. This is a perfect locatioon with ample parking and within walking distance from everything we wanted to see, eat and do. We will be back. Great place for a short getaway! The condo is great for two couples because it has two master suites. As others have said, parking can be a problem. Chicken Alley behind it was great for unloading your car but it is a dead end and no where to turn around so you have to back out onto a busy street. Lots of noise in the alley at night. Other than that, the condo is decorated beautiful and TurnKey was great with helping with the front door lock that wouldn’t open for us. TurnKey was also great at checking in to see if we needed anything else during our stay. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

This place was absolutely beautiful. It was very spacious and had such a great feel to it. The rooms and bathrooms were a great size and it instantly felt like we were able to settle in and feel at home for a few days. The kitchen was huge and we were still able to have meals in the dining area and not feel cramped at all - and the balcony was absolutely charming! It is downtown so if you`re not used to noise, that is something to consider because the bedroom is along the main road, but it was still such a great rental. Mark . Mar 2021
Great location near all the downtown attractions. Very easy to park your car and walk all weekend. The condo is set up well for 2 couples to stay over with completely separate areas (both above street level), and easy to welcome up to 8 for a dinner party. Kitchen was well stocked if you plan on cooking. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
Chad . Feb 2021
Great location, very clean, the layout and furniture were perfect, over stocked kitchen and bar, unloading in the alley made it very easy but parking was a few blocks away which didn’t bother us

We would definitely stay here again, perfect for two couples This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Our family of 3 adults traveled to Asheville for Thanksgiving 2020 and hunkered down in this lovely urban condo. There were restaurants galore within walking distance (one directly across the street) which we ordered takeout from a couple of times. The kitchen of this condo was the best equipped of any place we have ever stayed and even had a roasting pan for the turkey we ordered from a nearby grocery. Beautiful hiking trails were just a short drive away which we enjoyed during the daylight hours. At night we cozied up in the beautiful living room area and binged watched our favorite tv shows. We enjoyed a safe and relaxing holiday during CoVid in this very clean and lovely rental. I highly recommend it if you want an urban experience in Asheville and still be near all of the beautiful mountain attractions. It is the best of both worlds. The condo was fantastic! Great location, extremely clean and very well decorated. We felt right at home. The property management company was very responsive and helpful. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Parked in the parking deck which was just a short walk from the condo. Highly recommend! - The property is BEAUTIFUL. t was ell equipped and immaculate
-This was a mom/daughter weekend. We found the parking a bit challenging due to concerns about proximity, convenience and safety as women traveling alone
-It`s in the midst of retail and restaurants- which was both an asset and a drawback- we LOVED walking to shops. We also did hear some noise of folks socializing or.celebrating. We also had firecrackers go off in the alley one night- it was disconcerting
-I would alsolutely recommend this property for the right group or event This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

It was just the most amazing stay! Home was very clean and well maintained. Location was devine. We could walk to everything. We had morning cup of coffee on the patio overlooking the cutest street. Property manager gave a lot of information on how to access the home and unique things about the home. This was so helpful. We will be back, Asheville! We had a great trip to Asheville and had this beautiful well stocked condo as our home. Conveniently located with paid parking across the street. The drawback is you have to wake up at 5am to reload parking to keep from being towed! I did this by an app so I did not have to get out of bed.

I was not going to review to keep from posting anything negative but the requests keep coming so here it is. The HVAC was not working. Upon arrival the thermostat was set on 78 and it was 80 in the condo. We reset the thermostat, settled in and went for our appointment and dinner. When we returned at 8 o’clock to change for an evening out the condo was still 80 degrees. We called and they said a tech would be out and to wait on him. We gave up our evening as the tech left at close to midnight. The news was it could not be repaired during our stay. The property manager at 10 the next morning offered to find us another property to move to. We were only there for 2 nights and had lost one evening waiting on the tech so chose to ask for a discount to just stay. When I received the discount we were disappointed it was only 200.00 for the loss of one of 2 nights of fun and sleeping in a hot condo for 2 nights. When I asked if it was 200.00 a day I was bluntly told no that 200.00 was the full discount. I will not be returning as the unit was almost 400.00 a night and the property manager was not reasonable with the discount under the circumstances. Sad as we go to Asheville quite often since we live 90 miles away. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
