Great amenities and great price for staying in Vail. The unit is dated but has everything you need for your stay. The management company was very responsive when I texted them. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Unit is a little dated but you get over that when you see the view from the family room. All in all a nice place. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

We had a great time. Turnkey was amazing and so easy to communicate with which was very helpful. The place was clean and comfortable. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

We enjoyed our stay. Good location. We recommend larger TV’s especially in the living room. Pool and hot tub were terrific. Used every day for 9 days. Parking was a problem when someone parked in our assigned space. No one to help with the problem. Noticed someone invited many people to the pool that were not guests, and that caused the parking problem. Would still stay there again. This was a wonderful place to stay at. Very clean, roomy, and also provided enough blankets when it gets chilly. The balcony has a beautiful view of the mountains. The only thing is we had trouble getting into the condo with our cards, we had to contact customer service a couple times to resolve this. They were very helpful and sent out someone to help us out. Other than that, this was a wonderful place to stay at, it made our stay in Vail much more at ease. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

The complex was nice, good amenities. Very convenient private bus and very nice drivers. Big pool, would be a great place for large groups with kids. The unit itself was original 1980ish so very dated. Both comforters had ejaculate on them so my friend washed all the bedding at the beginning of our stay. Thankfully there was a washer/dryer. If you just want a place to sleep while you ski and hang in the vail area, it’s a decent enough unit and not too pricey. If you’re looking for swank, look elsewhere This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

This is a great place to stay. Very clean and well stocked. Underground parking was a nice feature. Super view of Vail mountain. Front desk staff were very helpful. Location is perfect. It would make arrival less confusing to say `Simba Run` rather than just `1100` as that number is very tiny on the sign. (GPS takes you to the new round-a-bout.) Photos are accurate but don`t show how tired and beat up the unit is. Location is very convenient. Unit is spacious. Towel described as `hotel Quality.` Not any hotel I have ever stayed at!! Carpet should either be cleaned or better yet replaced. Located on the highway so very noisy living room if slider is opened. Turnkey was helpful when bulbs burned out.

This unit is way past due for renovation. The two closets were loaded with roll a way beds, leaving no room for clothing. Four coat hangers in the whole unit. BBQ should be put out in the trash, has not been cleaned in a long, long time. The person who wrote that it was a quiet location may have been hard of hearing and blind. The noise from the traffic on the highway was 24/7. The view was great if you could look past the eight lanes of traffic between the unit and the mountain. So the Turnkey team was all good but the on-site Simba Run desk staff were horrible. Shuttle Drivers were very good.

Property was a great set up but it is starting to get dated. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
