ABOUT THE CONDO

LOCATION

Sunrise Condominiums has a prime location just 600 yards from the slopes of Steamboat. A bus stop is located outside the complex (at the corner of Longthong and Apres Ski) and is just one stop from gondola square. Ride the complimentary bus into town or walk to the market and restaurants just down the hill.

The Gondola runs in both winter and summer, connecting downtown to the resort. At Gondola Square, you'll find a perfect spot for sunbathing and splashing in Burgess Creek, or watching movies and concerts on the outdoor stage -- even in the winter!

In the warmer months, hike the close-in trails around the mountain or walk/bike into town to rent kayaks, tubes, or paddle boards along the Yampa River. Downtown is a 10-minute drive with great shopping and dining as well as the Pro Rodeo, Winter Carnival, and other festivities.
