The kitchen boasts an oven, stove, microwave, and refrigerator, and is fully equipped for all cooking needs to include a coffee maker, Keurig machine, and blender.

Perch at the three-seat kitchen bar as the chef preps delectable dishes.

BED & BATH

This home sleeps six guests in two bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The master bedroom has a deluxe king bed and private balcony with Gulf views. The guest bedroom features a king bed and a TV.

OUTDOOR AREA

THE LOCATION

Port Aransas is on the very northern tip of Mustang Island at the intersection of Harbor Island and St. Jo's Island. It is an eco-tourism area, with lots of wildlife including a huge variety of migratory birds. Bay and deep sea fishing is excellent with many charter boats in the marina.

Just 30 minutes away is the USS Lexington and right next door is the Texas State Aquarium. Drive to the nearest beach access located approximately 8 minutes away. Cruise 10 minutes to town, offering serenity and peace from the hustle and bustle.

Golf enthusiasts can practice their swing at the nearby Palmilla Golf and Beach Resort; offering greens on both sides of the highway with a cart bridge connecting the two. The club has a pro shop and snack bar available.
