Daniel K. Inouye International Airport is about 40 to 60 minutes away, depending on traffic. A rental car is recommended in Hawaii Kai for reaching beaches, trailheads, shopping, and dining around the southeast coast. The marina area and neighborhood services are a short drive away, and the home includes parking for four vehicles.
