Designer gem with private pool, hot tub, golf course & mountain views

Live in the lap of luxury, 5 minutes from downtown Palm Springs eateries and shopping. This upscale 3BR/2BA home is on the course at Indian Canyons Golf Resort. Spend your days in the sun on a large patio that offers mountain and golf course views from the pool and hot tub.

ABOUT THE HOUSE

Outdoor spaces are essential for enjoying all the desert has to offer. Your home is located on the south end where winds are low, so there's nothing stopping you from lounging by the pool. In the evening, fire up the gas grill on the 1,500-square-foot patio and dine as the sun sets behind the mountains. The pool and hot tub mean you can go for a late-night dip. (Spa heat is included in your reservation; you have the option to heat the pool for $85 per day with a max temperature set to 85 degrees.)

The 2,300 square-foot living space has playful art and colorful accents. Blue kitchen cabinets mingle with pink bar stools for a fun breakfast spot stocked with all the cookware and appliances needed, including a Wusthof 18-piece knife set and a Calphalon Elite Nonstick 15-piece cookware set.

Create your own cocktail with ample space to mix and serve on white quartz countertops.

A dining table for six is between the kitchen and living room. This doubles as the perfect place to plan out the day's adventures.

After a day on the greens at Indian Canyons Golf Resort, retire to your living room. Turn on the 60-inch smart TV or gas fireplace, and kick up your feet around the large sectional. Sliding doors lead out to the patio where the pool awaits.

Recharge with a good night's sleep in three spacious bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed and direct access to a private 550 square-foot patio. The newly updated en-suite bathroom includes a shower and a separate soaking tub.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, patio access, and a smart TV. Two queen beds are in the third bedroom, complete with a 55-inch smart TV and direct access to a private patio. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination and charming pink cabinetry.
