Great location but needs a few tweaks. Some improvements could be:

blackout shades in primary bedroom on the ground floor (every vehicle that drives onto property drives right toward the bedroom, Snowplow with strobing and flashing lights was an adventure as well.

new mattress needed in primary bedroom (king bed had a separate foam topper which was too big making a bad bed even worse-UPGRADE THE BED!!.

The window locks on kitchen windows (street level) need to be fixed, no deadbolt on the main door, Great kitchen but new pots/pans/Knives needed.

Very Strict with early check ins or check outs even if the property is vacant although a winter storm during check out got us an extra hour (after many texts with the company).

Pet friendly location with many dogs and it was quiet too but we were there on a down week. Heated garage which fits any size vehicle or SUV and walking to the lifts! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

This property is perfect for a quick weekend. It is situated within walking distance from the Canyon Chair and an easy short drive to Park City Main Lodge and the historic downtown. However, for an extended stay (we stayed nine nights) I would choose a different unit.
Although it has nice furnishings, everything else is sub-par for this type of accommodation. The beds are very uncomfortable and the linens are terrible. There were several stained comforters in the closet that could have been used but we weren`t even sure if they were clean. The kitchen is stocked with chipped dishes and old crusty pans, no wine glasses or nice coffee mugs. There is a barbecue on the patio, but it was so filthy we could not use it. Additionally, the propane tank was almost empty. There are no chairs on the two patios. There were small inconveniences as well, such as a broken towel holder in the bathroom (which we fixed), a broken toilet paper holder, loose handle on the freezer, the door to the balcony sticks, and the front door lock quit working and Turnkey could not help us. We diagnosed the problem as a dead battery and changed it ourselves. Luckily, we had a screw driver in the car.
There is no attention to detail in the cleaning of the unit. The floors were not washed, we found goldfish crackers around the couch, and the carpets need cleaning. The water pressure in the kitchen sink is so low that it is almost impossible to wash out the large “farmhouse” sink. The stove and oven were very dirty, obviously not cleaned in a very long time. In short, this unit is not aging well. It’s hard to believe it is brand-new! Shame on Turnkey for allowing such a sub-par property to be available on their site. It is definitely not worth the $595/night that we paid.
Be aware that the owner of this unit does not allow early check-in or late check-out, even though Turnkey implies it may be able to arrange it. Check out time is 10:00 am Ridic This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Stayed here for a month and enjoyed this condo’s location, furnishings and aesthetic. Since we were to be there for a month I did bring essentials for the kitchen, which was fortunate. The kitchen had limited cookware. Little things like a corkscrew or more than 2 wine glasses would’ve been nice, but certainly solvable. The unit was really clean, but I think with quick changeovers a few things are missed. Fortunately we had the time (and Home Depot is close), so we could fix little things like loose handles, clogged dryer vent, etc. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

We had chosen this condo at the lower base of Canyons Village, as we have stayed in older properties over on the Park City side in the past and we looking for something slightly nicer for this trip. Our party included 3 adults and 1 seven year old girl and the space was close to perfect for that size party. We probably could’ve added a couple of more people without issue too. It was nicely furnished with all great appliances. We’d been notified by the local property manager that the foldaway bed in the living room couch was having trouble closing, but we were able to use another couch that had a foldaway option.

We opted to drive down to the Cabriolet lift daily (for my daughter’s sake), though I’d made the walk a couple of times without issue carrying my gear.

If I was looking to find a chief complaint about anything here, it was the fact that we could hear every footstep of our upstairs neighbors throughout our stay. It was like they were still wearing their ski boots around the place, even at 9PM during the evening, each night. I would be furious if I’d spend 800k on a brand new condo with such lackluster construction. It also had the feel of vanilla, short term corporate housing and not necessarily a ski condo and there isn’t any designated place to store ski gear inside the unit. It took some trial and error to figure out the fireplaces, as no instructions were left for those. We did not use the pool or hot tub area so I can’t comment on those.

Overall, I’d stay here again. The covered, underground parking was a nice plus and while the location could be marginally better, it still worked out in the end.

The overall experience was good. There are a few things that could have made it much better. There was major construction taking place at the development. To make things worse there was serious road construction adjacent to the building we were in. The condo was nice but it certainly could have been cleaner. The bathroom, kitchen and floors were not as clean as we expected. The overhead fan in the master bedroom was filthy. Probably neglected since the condo was constructed. On a more positive note, the location was ideal, the furniture was comfortable and parking was convenient. Development is still under construction. Building still being constructed 10 feet from our unit. Would have liked mention of this when booking. Nails in parking lot. Clean condo with a convenient location. Parking was difficult, we had 2 large vehicles. My husbands truck barely fit in garage and my suburban was tight as well. The construction was annoying, but we were aware that it was happpening. It will be a great place when construction is complete. The beds were cozy and it fit our family of 5 and two dogs easily. I spent a week in this condo while in Park City for a basketball camp. A condo in a location that was easy to navigate yet still close enough to activities was really important to me. The assigned parking spot was great so that I did not have to fight for parking everyday was great. The condo was beautiful and very clean. I was traveling with my 3 sons so the comfortable pull out sofa was great. The pool and clubhouse were a great perk. My boys used it twice a day, everyday while were visiting. The pool is just across the parking lot from this unit. The only downside, which is temorary, is the construction of the two new condo complexes being built. In the condo you cannot hear much of the construction noise, but at the pool is is a little distracting, but did not keep us from going and enjoying the sunshine. We were thrilled with the facility. Spacious, clean, equipped and well located for our needs. We rented this unit with a family of 6 and didn`t feel confined or uncomfortable at all. Nice appliances and upgrades. The only think that I wished the owner or unit would add is one more chair (recliner or otherwise) in the main room so 6 people could watch a game or movie comfortably. We had a issue with the garage door and the TurnKey was quickly in contact with the HOA and had it resolved by the end of the day.
