Parking notes: There is only 1 reserved garage parking space designated for #20. It is located in the 1st garage door of Building 'C'. Building 'C' is directly across from where your condo is located, which is in Building 'B'. You must open the garage door manually from the outside.
If you bring a 2nd vehicle, please park it outside in any appropriate parking space.
You must obtain parking passes from the Mammoth Ski & Racquet Office (Building E). Parking Passes are only available during regular business hours (9-5 daily). You may park there overnight (the first night only) without being cited.

Any extra vehicles will have to be parked off site, and there is no parking on Mammoth Lakes roads from Nov. 1st- April 30th. This complex does not allow any RVs or trailers on the property. ********************************************************************** Be Bear Aware: Bears have an extraordinary sense of smell and are able to pry open car doors and windows with their claws. A miscellaneous food wrapper, food scrap, trash or sight of an ice chest is enough for a bear to break into your vehicle. Keep your car clean and free of anything scented, including non-food items such as air fresheners, lotions, toothpaste, hand sanitizers and wipes.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

We stayed in this cute mountain loft with another couple, and it was very cozy and located only a 10 min walk to Canyon Lodge and 18min walk to the Village Center.
Although I would normally prefer a two bedroom when traveling with two couples, this was spacious enough, with a decent size loft area and comfortable pull out couch.
We also ended up getting snowed in during our stay, and couldn't leave on our original day, due to road closures. However, the management property was very accomodating. I highly recommend, and can't wait to return.

We were cozy and comfortable, the perfect size for a couple or small family. The complex had a pool, hot tub, and sauna, new appliances with a gas fireplace, two big screen televisions, the perfect place for getting out of the city and up in the fall color.

Loved staying here perfect for a family of 3. Great location and close to free trolley! Super clean when we arrived and loved all the utensils that were provided. Will definitely come stay here again. Only issue was the code didn’t work when we arrived so make sure you double check the day you arrive that you got the right code! Beautiful condo.

Great kitchen with new appliances and countertops. Bathrooms had newer sinks, though they forgot to also update the shower doors (I had to put the upstairs one back on its track- old cheap kind). Downstairs furniture is new with a comfortable pullout bed my 11 year old daughter was happy in! Great TVs and access to all streaming (though who needs that with all that Mammoth has to offer!)
UNFORTUNATELY, there is a significant draft at the front door which causes a serious temperature gradient from downstairs to the upstairs loft. My husband and I were throwing off the covers frequently when the (new Nest) thermostat was set at 63 degrees and my daughter was freezing despite multiple blankets! We placed a towel at the base of the door which helped, but this is an easy fix that needs to be addressed. Also, it was mostly clean except for the floors... don't wear socks there unless you are okay with them becoming filthy. We would definitely stay there again in the winter if weatherstripping on the door threshold is installed.

This condo is in an awesome location, just a 5-10 min walk to the lifts at Canyon lodge. It is as described, but definitely is "no frills." The kitchen really only had 1-2 useable pots and pans, very small ones, and the rest had damage to the non stick coating. Kitchen also had minimal supplies (dull knives, no tupperware or ziplocks, no aluminum foil or cooking oil, no spices besides salt/pepper) which is a bummer because we like to cook and didn't realize we needed to bring our own pots/pans and all these supplies. The heat also seemed to never reach temperature and would usually stop around 63-64 (it felt more like 58-60 downstairs) even though the nest was set to 68 or even higher as we attempted to get the heat going. The bed had just 1 pillow each and a lightweight comforter. We had to dig in the closet to find more bedding and I really hope what we found was clean. Showers are also not made for anyone tall (like over 5'8"), just a warning. Overall we enjoyed the stay but wish the condo had a little more of the normal rental property amenities/supplies.

A lovely, updated condo. Comfortable, uncluttered decor. Liked the modern appliances, flooring, countertops and fixtures. The ceiling fan is powerful and was quite frankly a lifesaver. We also appreciated the extra box fans for upstairs and downstairs. Having an easily-accessible garage was very nice. We had trouble with the lock when we first arrived but we called Turnkey and got a prompt response and solution. One thing... there are no screens on the window or patio door. We lucked out in regards to not having a problem with having the windows open and bugs, but it could be an issue other times or the year. There was t much airflow, even with the windows open, but the fans and keeping the curtains closed during the day made it manageable. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!
Good, pet friendly stay in Mammoth. Very close to the Village. Would absolutely stay here again next time we visit.

Enjoyed the loft and two bathroom condo.
We spent the first 4 hours of our stay in a 57 degree condo. I was on the phone calling, texting, and sending photos of the furnace and thermostats. Turnkey was able to get approval for us to use the override Nest heating system, as the fireplace furnace system needed repaired. Turnkey admitted that there was a complaint with the previous renters that the heat was out. They also admitted the Unit should not have been rented until the heating system had been repaired. I spent the entire first evening spear heading how to get heat in the condo. The next day on the ski slopes I received 2 additional phone calls from Turnkey apologizing and they did authorize some compensation for our first night?s stay. I?m not sure how the ball was dropped on this Unit being rented without heat. I will never rent this Unit again. Also, I want to comment on those looking at these types of rental units. Be sure to tap on ?total? price. It will give you a further breakdown of what the price truly is. I cautioned renters to look at the final breakdown and see what the owner?s fee is. The drive to Canyon Lodge was very short and easy. We couldn?t park in the garage because our pickup was too tall. Old units small garage. The dimensions of the garage should be included in the description of the unit.
The location and amenities of the condo were as described. Unfortunately the owners have turned this over to a third-party management company, which caused our worst vacation rental experience. During this time of COVID-19 and enhanced cleaning practices, the unit had dirty dishes in the dishwasher, dirty laundry left by the cleaners and a dirty upstairs bathroom. No soap of any kind available in the kitchen or either bathroom. Luckily we had brought our own cleaning products and hand soap, but definitely not a good first impression. No screens on the windows or sliding doors made it impossible to keep the place somewhat cool during warm weather without letting in mosquitoes and flies. TurnKey, the property management company was not helpful, responding to text messages with a BOT and no local assistance. We will definitely not be renting from a TurnKey managed property in the future.
Nice location and comfortable space for the 4 of us (pullout couch and lofted bedroom with king bed). Great accommodations such as fully stocked kitchen and even extra bedding for the kids. Located in the Mammoth Ski and Racketclub so just a short walk from Canyon Lodge. We left our skis in the lockers so it was easy to just walk over with our boots. We cooked at home most of the days but a bonus to be so close to Austria Hof if want to get away for a drink/food. Another bonus is the garage parking included with the unit (though be ware if you have ski racks you won`t fit...max 6`5"). No issues as there were plenty of outside parking as well. Well updated, (quietest dishwasher!) in a very convenient location to Canyon Lodge. We had one hiccup, which was that the heat wouldn?t go above 62 degrees. After several days of questioning, we got word that we could use the Nest thermostat on the wall we had been told not to touch. So a little clarity there for future guests would be helpful. Also, the knives are the dullest I think I?ve seen in decades of renting Mammoth condos. Maybe add a sharpener?
