Located in the heart of downtown, this 4BR/4.5BA townhome features modern furnishings, a chef’s kitchen, and plenty of space for your group to spread out. The slopes and hiking trails of Winter Park are just 10 minutes away with shuttle nearby. After a fun-filled day on the mountain, relax in the private hot tub.

An array of shops and delicious restaurants are within walking distance.


High ceilings and a plethora of windows flood the spacious living area with natural light. Cozy up on two couches and enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace. A 55” flat-screen TV sets the scene for movie nights.


The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances -- including a Viking gas range and oven. A large wooden island seats eight and provides ample meal preparation space.

When it’s time to eat, a dining table seats six, and the breakfast nook seats four.


This four-story home sleeps up to 10 guests in four bedrooms.

Take in mountain views from the privacy of the master bedroom, appointed with a king bed, 35” TV, and a cozy reading nook. An en-suite bathroom provides a double vanity, walk-in shower, and a bathtub.

The guest bedroom on the lower level is outfitted with two twin-over-queen bunk beds. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom is furnished with a queen-over-queen bunk bed, while the fourth guest room offers a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A bathroom with a tub/shower combination is located in the hallway.

A half bath next to the kitchen provides added convenience.


Fire up the gas grill on the balcony and host an afternoon cookout. Enjoy a refreshing beverage at the bistro table for two.

A spiral staircase leads down to the hot tub, where relaxation awaits after an exhilarating day on the slopes.


Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for two cars (one in the garage and one in the driveway).

This rental does not have air-conditioning. Please note that the spiral staircase to the hot tub may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

The heating systems doesn't work very well in the living area and there were dirty dishes and cups in the cabinets. A lot of potential with some better attention to details would be more welcome.

This location was PERFECT for a large group. Plenty of space for everyone to sit and eat meals. There are multiple levels, so you never felt like you were in each other space. Be prepared to climb multiple levels of steps, which is not a bad thing.

Clean quiet condo, spacious accommodations for annual family ski vacation. Walk to grocery store and restaurant, close to shuttle to ski resort. Large kitchen great for meal prep and serving. Enjoyed the hot tub upon returning from skiing, non-skiers comfortable working in the living-dining area. Spacious garage easily fit vehicle and plenty of room for ski equipment, another vehicle fit in driveway. Had a great time at this condo! property was nice and fit our group of 11. We did arrive with no toiletries (Toilet Paper, Soap, Shampoo) in any bathroom and very few towels. There was also no paper towels in kitchen. Had to wait a few hours to get everything but eventually they sent someone over to restock everything that was missing This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
