Make the half-hour drive to Regency 810, a lovely garden-level condo with plenty of free parking. This two-bedroom condo is the perfect condo for your ohana. After a day of adventuring, unwind with a movie on the 32-inch TV in the spacious, sunken living room or take an evening dip in the resort's hot tub.

The main bedroom has a cozy bed, a 32-inch TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is perfect for the kids, with two twin beds that can also be pushed together to make a king-size bed. The condo's second bathroom means no one has to argue over mirror time! Please be advised that the Regency AOAO will be undertaking a major project to replaster and beautify the two swimming pools on the property. During construction, there will be periods of significant noise as the contractor performs saw cutting, demolition, removal of existing plaster, and replacement of accent tiles.

Please make note of the project schedule below. The timeframes include both the construction work and the manufacturer-recommended curing period for the new plaster. To minimize the impact on residents and guests, only one pool will be closed at a time, and the Poipu Kai Pool will remain open throughout the project.

October 4 – October 23: Pool 2 (behind Regency Building 7) will be closed.
October 25 – November 20: Pool 1 (located in the center of the complex) will be closed. (*Weather Permitting)

As with all outdoor construction projects, the schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond the control of the contractor or Poipu Kai Association.
