Socialize around the large center island with seating for six. When dinner is served, the dining table seats eight.

This home sleeps 10 guests between three bedrooms in the main house and two bedrooms in the casita. The primary suite has a king bed, a desk, a flat-screen TV, and balcony access. The en-suite bathroom has a curbless walk-in shower. The second suite has a king bed, a crib, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a curbless walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a private balconet. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination, while a half bath adds convenience. The first bedroom in the casita has a king bed, while the second bedroom has a queen bed. The casita bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

THINGS TO KNOW

• The two-story house is accessed via one step at the entry. The casita is accessed via a flight of stairs.
• A row of small windows is located in each bedroom in the casita. These do not have coverings and offer natural morning light.
• Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site.
