Parking regulations per the HOA:
All units are limited to no more than one Vehicle
No trailers, work trucks, motorhomes, boats, and/or other oversized vehicles allowed
All vehicles must display a Park Station Pass, that lists the unit number
No parking in Town Point designated parking spaces (they will use similar enforcement)
No parking in temporary unloading zones for more than 30 minutes
No giving or offering your parking privileges to another owner on even a temporary basis.
Parking is being patrolled by Park City Towing and vehicles that do not comply with the above may be subject to being towed at owners’ expense. Towing will incur a fine of the towing charge plus a $100 administrative fee). Signs are prominently posted at all entrances to the parking lot regarding this.
