*The swimming pool and the pool deck will be closed until at least June 1, 2024. The wall next to the pool will be under construction for that period of time. All ADA service animals must be pre-approved by the Sterling Reef Homeowners Association.

You can enjoy multi-window views of the ocean, best enjoyed from the furnished balcony (accessible from the living room and the main bedroom). The inside is cooled from the Florida heat by central air-conditioning and tile-style floors throughout. The full kitchen has all full-size appliances, and You can enjoy cooking together or eating at the breakfast bar with plenty of room. You can enjoy access to a shared pool and fitness room during their stay, and of course the beach is just a short walk away.

THINGS TO KNOW

While Vacasa provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.
Only one elevator will be available through April 30, 2023 while they are being replaced.
No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.
Beach service is available for an additional fee
The pool is heated from December 1st until March 1st
WiFi service can be slow during times of peak occupancy
