You can enjoy multi-window views of the ocean, best enjoyed from the furnished balcony (accessible from the living room and the main bedroom). The inside is cooled from the Florida heat by central air-conditioning and tile-style floors throughout. The full kitchen has all full-size appliances, and You can enjoy cooking together or eating at the breakfast bar with plenty of room. You can enjoy access to a shared pool and fitness room during their stay, and of course the beach is just a short walk away.
THINGS TO KNOW
While Vacasa provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.
Only one elevator will be available through April 30, 2023 while they are being replaced.
No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.

- Parking notes: Parking spaces are not dedicated. The parking garage is located underneath the building. Guests may park anywhere in the garage. Once guests have checked in, they will need to display parking passes at all times while in the garage. There is a maximum of two vehicles per condo. No scooters, golf carts, rentable mini vehicles, boats, or trailers are allowed on the property.
