PESTS: The Sonoma and Mendocino Coast is home to many forms of wildlife. The grassy meadow location is home to mice , raccoons, and many harmless outside dwelling insects. Seasonally we can have ants, three striped roaches and beetles. This wildlife are all part of our environment. Occasionally they can find their way into a home. If this happens, no refunds will be given.

With all the community's shared amenities, including tennis courts, swimming pools, saunas, 50 miles of hiking and biking trails, and numerous beaches, you and your group will be able to entertain yourselves for days outdoors and inside the home.

A meandering trail or a quick drive leads you to the iconic Ohlson Recreation Center, with a pool, saunas, volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts. Take the short and worthwhile drive to Fort Ross State Historic Park. Or if you’re into golfing, travel five-and-a-half miles up Highway 1 to try your hand at Sea Ranch Golf Links, which offers a fully equipped golf shop, a practice putting green, a full grass driving range, a snack bar, and more. Head six miles north to enjoy Gualala Point Regional Park, where you can hike, kayak, and picnic with your family. And whale watching from the house or the walking trails in the spring and fall is a favorite activity for many.
