Upon arrival, you will pay the condo association $30 PER parking pass that's good for your entire stay (2MAX). These GRC's are purchased on the 2nd floor Condo Association Office or from security personnel if you arrive after hours. Un-permitted vehicles are booted and a $75 fee applies to remove the boot.
Visitor passes are also issued by the Association Office on the 2nd floor or by Security Personnel. No overnight stays are permitted with this classification of parking. All visitor passes expire at midnight on the date of issuance.
