Amazing Loft on Occidental Square with Private Roof Deck, City Views, WiFi & AC

Art galleries, boutiques, restaurants, cafes, nationally acclaimed sports arenas - what more can you ask for? Pioneer Square offers a historical perspective of Seattle that few neighborhoods can provide. And at this three-bedroom loft on leafy Occidental Square, you'll be treated to a first-class, old-world experience.

Ascend a flight of stairs to enter this second-floor loft, which sits directly above The Meyer Bar on the north side of Occidental Square. High ceilings and tall windows bring in an abundance of natural light, while exposed brick, beams, and ductwork enhance the rich history of the place. After a full day spent strolling the city, there are several inviting spaces to lounge and relax - a central living room with a streaming-capable flatscreen TV, a light-filled sitting room overlooking the square below, and a private rooftop deck with a view of downtown and beautiful Smith Tower (the city's oldest skyscraper).

When you're not out for breakfast at The London Plane across the square, you'll have a fully appointed galley kitchen and a separate dining room for six, allowing you to easily prepare and serve any produce, meat, or seafood you've picked up at Pike Place Market. Additional amenities include a sunny office where you can use the free WiFi to work from home, central air conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and three perfectly separated bedrooms - each with lovely views.

the space and location were amazing.

Upon arrival, this 3-bedroom apartment is aesthetically very appealing. The apartment itself was clean, well furnished and plenty spacious for the five people we had in our group.

That being said, we would not stay here again for a handful of reasons. Firstly, the location, despite being close to Lumen Field, made us very uneasy due to the extreme amount of unhoused congregating right outside. The tampered with/ drilled out deadbolt on the glass front door also didn't do much to make us feel secure.

Additionally, the unit is settled right on top of a bar and right behind a LOUD nightclub that made it impossible to get any sleep on our weekend stay. It was the loudest place we've ever stayed and the cigarette smoke from outside bar always seemed to drift up the stairs.

The two paid parking spots was a little misleading because there were meters right of front, but the meter cycle only lasted 2 hours and wouldn't let you renew, so we had to plan around our weekend around moving our cars every 2 hours.

The apartment was cute and clean, so we don't want to leave a harsh review, but unfortunately the location made it untenable.
Manager response:
Hi, James! We're sorry about the missing deadbolt. It should soon be replaced. Hopefully we get to host you again now that you better know what to expect. Thank you!

Place was very clean and great location downtown

It was a beautiful space, but it is on top of a bar that is open late, so it was noisy. That said it’s a friendly crowd and a fun location. If you want an urban getaway, close to some interesting nightlife, this is the place.
