The building is situated on the beautiful, sugar-white, powder-soft sand of the Gulf of Mexico where the Gulf, Perdido Pass, Perdido Bay and Old River come together. Beyond the view and the proximity to nearby shops and restaurants, you'll find this building to be rich in amenities: a barbecue area, indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, a steam room, an exercise room, and indoor and outdoor hot tubs. You'll also love your private balcony! The sunrises and sunsets are just stunning from this point of view. Watch commercial and recreational boats come in and out of the pass. Gaze out at the emerald-green waters and keep your eyes peeled for dolphins as they frolic about near the shore. There are also restaurants a spa, and numerous shops at the nearby SanRoc Cay, called a destination for fun for its boutique shopping, fine dining, courtyard events and access to deep sea fishing excursions. Staying at this condo, we just know you'll love the view, your comfortable accommodations, and the proximity to restaurants and shops.
The HOA/on-site facility at Grand Pointe is currently undergoing post-Sally updates and construction through August, 2022. The Indoor pool should not be affected, but the outdoor pool, while currently open, may temporarily close during some phases of construction.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

We enjoyed our stay, and the best part of the condo is the huge balcony. Only thing I would add would be a chaise lounge chair because it would be the perfect napping spot. The condo was very clean. The beds were all comfortable, as was all of the furniture. It’s in a perfect spot for watching all of the boats go and come through the Pass and Gulf. The shower in the master bath could be better, but that would be my only negative comment about the condo.

The unit needs updating!! The tv in the main area is so bad we bought one to use, that should not be necessary!! The rental competition has been very helpful, it is not a snow bird friendly unit. Nice view, great deck. Appliances are antiquated!! All need replacement!! Yet it rents, so the owner will do nothing. Sad!!!

I loved the view of the pass and beach. I loved that the property was wide open and not cramped especially the balcony. I loved the walk in shower and garden tub. Amazing terrace/balcony!! The reason I gave the 9 is I feel the tv’s for family nighttime watching were very outdated. Cabinets with non-working small appliances and the comforter in the 2nd bedroom had blood stains on it. Overall though it was an amazing place.. the view was unbeatable!!
