It has deeded beach access at the electronic crosswalk at East 4th Street and East Beach Blvd. Kait is the lower unit of the duplex with Emersyn above. Small on the inside but with an ample front porch and yard, this completely renovated two bedroom affords you the space to relax after a hard day at the beach. Kait offers a King bed, a full sized bed and also a sleeper sofa and a fully equipped kitchen, a shower/tub combo and double vanity sink and also a washer and dryer, flat screen TVs and comfy outdoor furniture. Kait is just a short walk from The Hangout and other restaurants along the beach.
