Towering high above the coastline near the heart of the Gulf Shores entertainment district, this resort is known for its status as a local landmark.

As soon as you crest the Ala. Hwy. 59 bridge over the Intracoastal Waterway, the building is immediately visible in the distance, rising above the vast Gulf coastline and pristine white beaches. In fact, the resort boasts more than 600 feet of private, wide beach accessible via multiple boardwalks.

When you vacation in this well-appointed one-bedroom, two-bath condo that sleeps six, you'll have access to a variety of amenities, including two outdoor pools (one is a zero-entry pool), a light-infused indoor pool, a sauna, two hot tubs and an exercise room.

The bedroom has a king-sized bed. Also available are a bunk bed set and a sleeper sofa.

For your convenience, there is also an ice machine on site that accepts credit and debit cards, soda machines, three grills on the east side of the building, an overnight storage area for beach equipment, and an air compressor for inflatables.

Making this building even more special is that all master baths are outfitted with a Jacuzzi-style tub and separate shower. Balcony access is available from the master bedroom and the living room.

A particularly attractive feature is the building's proximity to the center of Gulf Shores' beachfront entertainment area and site of numerous festivals and events—the newly revitalized Gulf Place Public Beach.

Gulf Place is situated at the end of Hwy. 59 where the road dead ends into the Gulf. There is a small fee to park all day here, but there's no need since it's an easy walk from your accommodations. At Gulf Place, you'll find a public green space, walking paths, shade structures, playground equipment, and restrooms.

Your condo complex is a brief walk from numerous beach shops, convenience stores, a small market, restaurants, the iconic Pink Pony Pub and The Hangout Restaurant, beach volleyball nets and more.
This rental is located on floor 15.

Parking Notes: Upon arrival at Lighthouse, please proceed to the 2nd floor lobby where you will purchase parking passes (If you arrive late and the front desk is closed you may purchase passes the next morning when they re-open). Parking pass prices are set by the owners’ association and are subject to change. 2 car maximum

Great location and view but this unit is in need of updates. Sofa was woefully uncomfortable...no support at all. Master bed sinks in the middle. One of the master bath sinks is visibly rusting.

I loved the property! My only suggestion would be the cleaning staff needs to do a better job. I opened the dish washer when I arrived & there was rotting food on a pile of dirty dishes. The smell alone was horrific! I ran it twice to try to kill the smell & clean the dishes of the renters before me. I did not use the dishwasher for myself because I left their dishes in there. The floors & sink countertops were full of hair. My husband & i swept the floors & cleaned the counters before we could even start enjoying the beutiful property! After we did the houskeeping, I did enjoy the rest of my time there! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Fire alarm went off twice during the stay, not sure what caused it but that`s the only complaint I have. Everything else was perfect! Well that and the $20 for parking.... should be built into the price, I don`t like extra fees..... This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
