There are BBQ and picnic areas, a pier and gazebo, and a boat and Jet Ski launch. Take your boat out, or just fish off the pier! The beach is only a couple of blocks away.
This beautiful first-floor condo has just been remodeled with new cabinetry and granite counters, tile in the living areas, and carpet in the bedrooms. Enjoy a relaxing, professional coastal theme throughout. A fully equipped kitchen will allow you to cook your catch and enjoy a meal. The primary suite has a king bed and the en-suite bathroom has a Jacuzzi, as well as a separate shower. The guest room has two bunk beds and the living room has a sofa bed. Access the waterfront balcony from the living room or primary suite for beautiful sunsets over the bay, or a glimpse of the Gulf. This condo has WiFi and an elevator is available.
A prepaid parking pass is required. Limited covered parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
Parking notes: Parking passes are included in your reservation and will be waiting for you in the unit upon your arrival. Please fill out all information on your parking passes and display them in your vehicle to avoid your vehicle being ticketed, towed, and/or booted. Please note that there is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit. If you have excess vehicles, you may park them at our Vacasa office at 1585 Gulf Shores Parkway but please stop in the office and notify the front desk before leaving your vehicle there.

The property is great. Very safe atmosphere! There needs to be more attention to the sweeping/moping under the furniture and vacuum the rug by the front door. I would replace the stove only b/c everything else has been updated and the stove sticks out. Our overall experience couldn’t have been better! We were very pleased with the overall condition of the condo. To make the condo more comfortable, I would highly recommend a new mattress and box springs for the king size bed.
