Please note: Due to ongoing repairs from Hurricane Sally, there may be construction on site during your stay. Specifically, the breezeways are under renovation/resurfacing and the work is proceeding by floor. As of 8/2022, work is focused on the 8th floor and is progressing downward. Expect some minor inconvenience/noise with an estimated date of completion of December 15, 2022. As always, the availability of amenities at any complex cannot be guaranteed at any given time.

No trailers, boats, personal watercraft, campers, motor homes, or other vehicles deemed inappropriate by the property manager are allowed on the property. Such Vehicles Will Be Towed. *If you have excess vehicles, you are more than welcome to park them at our Vacasa office at 1585 Gulf Shores Parkway, but please stop in the office to pick up your free parking pass at the front desk before leaving your vehicle there.

not satisfied with the place. very dirty, musty smell. the tv did not work and a broken bed, they fixed it 3 days later. They agreed to reimburse me but until today, when I returned home, I have not received a message. Orange beach beautiful, the beaches a dream, the only detail is the ugly, dirty apartment.

This condo was great- wonderful location on the beach, beautiful water and view, clean condo, large balcony for relaxing! The only reason I didn’t give this property 5 stars was because we were not allowed to receive our parking passes or facility bracelets until our 4pm check-in time, which means we had to head over to a public beach to wait. It would have been much more convenient if we could have at least received the parking pass and facility bracelet so that we could park and go down to the beach while waiting for our condo check in.

Great view of beach and great parking and access to the beach. Property was outdated and needs a little more TLC in the area of cleaning. Also, internet did not work on two days.

The size of the property was excellent. It made it not to crowded on the beach nor the pool. The location was excellent also. Access to the beach was easy. The only problem we found was there wasn’t access to a restroom when at the pool. Now I assume there was one where the indoor pool and hot tub was but with COVID it was closed.
