Step into your comfort zone in this lovely three-bedroom, three-bath penthouse overlooking the dazzling sights of the shoreline. The sleeping arrangements for eight people include a king, queen and two double beds. For convenience the living area has a wet bar with ice machine. Each room in Regency Isle PH1109 is furnished with tile floors and eye-catching decor. This ideal spot for coastal comfort will no doubt sooth your soul.
Due to ongoing repairs from Hurricane Sally, there may be construction on site during your stay. Specifically, the breezeways are under renovation/resurfacing and the work is proceeding by floor. As of 8/2022, work is focused on the 8th floor and is progressing downward. Expect some minor inconvenience/noise with an estimated date of completion of December 15, 2022. As always, the availability of amenities at any complex cannot be guaranteed at any given time.

This was not the room that we were sent pictures of. The ice machine that was advertised did not work and even if it had it had so much mildew you couldn’t have used the ice. And there is no outside ice machine. The air vent had a thick layer of dust. The outside door had a gap from top to bottom so big you could see outside. The only thing locking it was a deadbolt. The only thing good about this room was the view. Would definitely not recommend.

The view is fantastic, as is the access to the beach. However, areas of definite need are weak beds, very outdated bathrooms, dirty dishes, unacceptable cooking pans, filthy air vents, and more. With just a tiny amount of care, this could be a five star. But, it is obviously not worth the owner’s time and attention. Our family would not return and pay this amount for a neglected rental.

The mattress in the master bedroom went to the floor as soon as someone laid on it. There are eight nuts and bolts required to assemble the supporting structure for the mattress. None of the eight bolts had a nut on it to hold the structure in place. Three of the burners on the stove did not work. The burners were installed incorrectly. Thankfully, two of us were contractors and were able to fix the stove and the bed get enough for our stay. The floors in the unit were so dirty the underneath of our feet were black from walking around the unit. The unit was also not the unit pictured when I made the reservation. The unit was extremely dated and indicative of the master bed breaking and the stove not working properly when we arrived. The condominium complex is in a decent location but I would not stay here again until the units are upgraded. Also, no one has responded to my complaint regarding the master bed breaking since arrival. That’s a reflection of Booking.com’s and Vacasa’s customer support. Poor at best!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Condo was decent minus broken appliances (ice maker and dishwasher) horrible kitchen accessories, furniture was completely uncomfortable. Condo complex was fabulous as always we stay there numerous times a year. Will return to Regency but NOT with Vacasa or in PH1109!

The property was beautiful. The photos did not do it justice. The only issues we had were the cookware was not nonstick and very hard to clean. The bedrooms did not have cable tv and the bed frame was broken in the master bedroom and creaked every time you moved This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
