Close to the beach and pool. The pool is not heated and has no hot tub. The wind was so strong and cold we could barely enjoy it. We went at the very end of March. The condo was decently clean, household supplies lacking, one beach towel included and patio furniture rusted out. Not luxury place but a safe and quiet place to crash.

This property was excellent in Location and Accessibility. However there are material conditions that need addressing. Comfort and adequacy of bedroom, and bathroom are an issue.

Wonderful neighborhood with a few places that you can easily walk to. We loved Tybean Art & Coffee Bar. The shore was easily accessible and the pool restrooms were clean and a quick walk from the beach. The pullout bed was fine for our four-year-old, but wouldn't be ideal for anyone else. Note that the main bedroom has an EXTREMELY soft mattress. Bring any spices you need to cook with and coffee (unless Folgers half caff is your thing). Also note that there isn't a automatic ice maker.
