This home is ideally situated between the two Cottonwood canyons. The recently upgraded bathrooms were a nice surprise and the hot tub was great at the end of the day. Vacasa staff were readily available and responsive.

Three lovely appointed bedrooms and a full basement suite with 4th bedroom and pullout couches. A well-stocked kitchen to allow in-house food prep and a good-sized dining room. Great hot tub. Kitchen a little tight for 5 adults, otherwise 5 stars

This house is in a great location for skiing. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and had everything needed to make full meals. It could use more seating in the family room, the one couch was not enough for my family of 5 to sit comfortably, that some had to sit on the floor.

Great location. Comfortably slept our family of 10. Newly remodeled. Service man came out within an hour on Thanksgiving to fix water heater. Awesome service - thank you!

We loved this rental. We, six women, appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, amble space to sprawl, three full baths and one half bath, and more. The location was perfect for our hikes in the Alta area, the Brighton area, Timpanogus, Squaw Peak and more. We had some hiccups and the local Vacasa representative, Patricia, was beyond amazing. She was totally fantastic. We will definitely reserve this home again next year for our annual trek to the Wasatch and Unitas Mountains.
