Sitting just six miles from downtown Moab and 11 or so miles from stunning Arches National Park, you'll have both conveniences and an abundance of outdoor activities very close by! Other nearby places you might check out include Canyonlands National Park, Dead Horse Point State Park, and Newspaper Rock.
The townhouse itself has a bright atmosphere with large picture windows offering scenic views of the Moab Rim. In the living room, sink into the leather sofa or one of the armchairs and ease into the carefree mindset of vacation. You might peruse the books on the shelf for one that catches your eye, or just enjoy a pleasant conversation with some background music playing on the stereo.
After a long day, you might prefer to relax in front of the flatscreen cable TV with a DVD in front of the gas fireplace. WiFi is available for browsing the internet, as well. Of course, the seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub might be even better! The pool is open April through October, and the hot tub is open February through November.

Trailer parking is permitted along Gemini Bridges Road, Cold Springs, and Meador Drive ONLY.
Fire lanes must be kept open at all times for emergency vehicles, (it is not ok to quickly unload a trailer while blocking a fire lane). Vehicles will be towed at owner's expense.
Any damage to the landscaping by trailers, vehicles or ORV parked in off-limits areas will be charged to the offending party. RVs are not to be used on any property.
