Located in the Rim Village community of Moab, UT, this home puts you close to some of the state's best natural scenery. From hiking and biking to off-road driving, there's plenty of outdoor recreation to choose from at the La Sal Mountains and Arches National Park nearby.

This single-level condo features a lofted living space with plenty of natural light and a gas fireplace - perfect for cozying up on chilly evenings and watching a show on the cable TV with a DVD player or enjoying the use of the computer and wireless access to the internet.

In the fully equipped kitchen, whipping up delicious meals is a breeze, and clean-up is easy with a convenient dishwasher. There's seating for three at the breakfast bar for casual meals, as well as an open dining space with a table for six.

After dinner, head outside to the lovely private patio. Enjoy some s'mores or campfire stories around the firepit, and watch the beautiful orange-red sunset reflect off of the surrounding La Sal Mountains.

With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two rollaway beds, this home will accommodate up to eight guests. The master bedroom has a comfy king-size bed, private en suite shower, TV, and a nice leather armchair for relaxing with a good book. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a TV, while the third bedroom features two twin-size beds and another TV with a DVD player. In the living space, there are two rollaway beds for additional accommodations, plus the main bathroom off the hallway.

This home has central A/C and heat so you stay comfortable year-round, along with free WiFi and garage parking for two cars for your convenience. There's also a private washer/dryer so you don't have to worry about laundry.

You'll have access to the shared Rim Village pool (open April through October) and hot tub (open February through November), where you can take a revitalizing swim after a long day out hiking in the canyon. For amenities and restaurants, head into downtown Moab.

Venture out into the nearby parks and recreation spots - there are endless options to choose from. The La Sal Mountains surround the area for great hiking and scenic vistas, while Arches National Park just a few miles away features amazing red rock formations and scenic hikes as well. Check out the nearby Moab Rim and Colorado River for a beautiful view of the canyon, along with Slickrock Bike Trail and Ken's Lake for some fun on the water. Fire lanes must be kept open at all times for emergency vehicles, (it is not ok to quickly unload a trailer while blocking a fire lane). Vehicles will be towed at owner's expense.

Any damage to the landscaping by trailers, vehicles or ORV parked in off-limits areas will be charged to the offending party. RVs are not to be used on any property.

We loved staying in this home. Very clean, nice rooms. There were six adults. Art work in house was great also. Plenty of hot water for showers! Best part was the large outdoor patio with plenty of seating We would rent this house again when we visit Moab!

Our family stayed in this unit while we did all the awesome outdoor activities in Moab. The unit is very large and has a great layout. My wife and I loved hanging out in the enclosed courtyard at night to relax and watch the sunset. The two car garage is wonderful as it protected our car from the heat and gave us extra storage space. The master bedroom is very large and has a great bathroom. The other two rooms fit our kids perfectly. This unit is very close to town and minutes away from all the national and state parks. I highly recommend this unit!

After a long day of hiking coming back to the house, cool and the public pool was very refreshing. Sitting on the patio watching the sunset was so so beautiful ❤️ definitely would rent this place again....

We had a wonderful stay this home is exactly as described. Quiet setting with wonderful views and everything you need. We parked our trailer right in front of the unit and had plenty of room for both our vehicles in the garage. We would definitely come back and stay again. Also the convenience of a gas station on the corner. Loved the fire pit it was so relaxing in the evening. Thank you for the wonderful stay! Also the book with all the local information was super !

Loved this home’s location. The pool was a huge plus after hiking all day. The beds were really comfortable and the patio’s views during the day and star watching at night were amazing! The neighborhood was really quiet and not too far from town.

The condo was perfect for 4 adults and 2 small dogs. It was very clean and well stocked. The location was perfect - less than 5 minutes to downtown Moab. The information book left by the owners was over the top - lots of useful information and recommendations. As a group, we are already planning another trip to Moab and are planning to stay here again.

If you want a quiet location with beautiful surrounds - consider this location. The unit was furnished with all amenities we wanted and more. Loved the outside fire-pit and view of stars. Definitely would stay there again for the location outside of town but convenient to get everywhere, quiet and comfort. We biked, hiked each trail in the Arches, brew pub and more.

This is a great house, especially for the price. It’s well furnished, close to the pool, comfortable rooms (and overall house, but we played more than stayed in), and was close enough to town for food and groshery items. Loved having a washing machine, and the beds were comfortable. The place was furnished as if the owners lived there which was welcoming vs just furnished as something to rent out. The sunsets were superb too!! This family of four loved our stay at this house.

The pictures don’t do the community justice. Nice quiet location a short drive from downtown. Beatiful scenery - spacious 3 bedroom townhome style property with 2 car garage. Would definitely stay there again. Many stores / restaurants close early in town, so not a real good reason to stay in town and be crammed.

We had a wonderful time. The town home was comfortable, clean, and cool. We used the 20% off coupon for golf. We weren't too far from the National Parks. The complex is very quiet and clean. This condo was decorated beautifully and had a well-stocked kitchen for preparing meals. The couch was comfortable with the 4 recliners, and we enjoyed the fireplace and the fire pit. It was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience, and we would stay there again.

We had two couples who stayed in this unit who felt comfortable and welcome the entire time. All the amenities we could want (except the town of Moab) were within easy reach. Morning light on the cliffs is spectacular.

We used this home only to spend the night. We had stayed in Rim Village before and liked the location. The home was very clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was the temperature in the second and third bedrooms - it was a little warm and could have been perfect with ceiling fans. We could open the window in the twin bed room, but the window in the room with the queen bed seemed to be painted shut. Another time of year we would have been fine.

Very nice location and condo but there are some upgrades and fixes needed (toilets, dishwasher, cushions for patio, kitchen utensils) and improvements to kitchen organization and cleanliness required.
