This is a fantastic location to get to both Arches and Canyonlands. We very much appreciated the space and the two full bathrooms. It’s great to be able to park right at the door and to have a garage. There are plenty of fantastic walk/trails right from the front door.

This was the perfect place to stay for our family for a four day weekend! It was nice to have a pool accessible during the hot weather. We also enjoyed being on the golf course! I would definitely stay here again!!

We’ve stayed in many rental condos/houses, and this is the first negative review I’ve ever had to write. Location was great, just outside Moab with nice views. We arrived in the evening and unfortunately the electronic front door lock would not lock the property. We called the property company (Vacasa) and after 2 long calls they were unable to resolve remotely and were not prepared/able to send their maintenance people or an emergency 24 hour locksmith to repair. In addition, Vacasa were not able to provide us with the correct code to unlock the external lockbox which had a key inside. That would have enabled us to lock the door from the outside and at least come in via the garage with the property secure.

Also, there were 2 unsafe mousetraps in the condo. Likely meaning there was a rodent problem as well. We told Vacasa about both of those too and asked they remove them (they said the owners must have put them there without Vacasa’s knowledge). So, we had to sleep with the front door unlocked and also leave the next morning to have our day out with our belongings inside and the door unlocked, as Vacasa were unable to send someone before 10am. When they came they fixed the lock, but only removed one of the 2 mousetraps they had been told about!!

Finally, the condo was very tight for space in the kitchen, master bathroom and living areas. Too small for the sleeping capacity of the rental.

Vacasa say they will refund the housekeeping fee given the safety issues of the lock, key and mousetraps. Would rather have a safe and hassle free stay, and also doesn’t really go far enough.

There’s a minimum level of what you expect in a rental stay and unfortunately this failed

Hi, Andrew! Thank you for telling us about your visit. The elock has been inspected and adjusted to make it easier for guests to rotate. All of the mouse traps have been removed though we do place in the home periodically since field mice are common in the area; we are cautious to place them were pets and small children cannot reach. We hope to have a chance to impress you in the future!

Super easy check in/check out. Nicely appointed house in a great location that is peaceful yet close to Moab activities. Terrace overlooking golf course with dramatic cliffs beyond. Picture perfect.

We have stayed at this property a few times. It is always clean, has space for everyone and always has everything we need. Had a question about the pool code, called customer service and had an answer within 3 minutes. The agent even waited on the phone to make sure the problem was solved. My kids love the pool and my husband and I love the pretty views of the red rock. Comfy beds, great air-conditioning, close to all the things we love about Moab. We always feel relaxed and at home. We visit Moab every year and will definitely return to this property.

Love the town of Moab and if you are going to play the golf course this is the place to stay. A little jaunt into town but the solitude and night sky can not be beat.

Lovely, quiet location with everything needed for a few days stay. The wi-fi was very good and although the living room was small it was fine for three adults. We really appreciated having two full bathrooms and there were plenty of towels including beach tools for pool use. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare sandwiches for park touring and replenishing ice for our ice chest. The neighborhood was quiet and nicely landscaped. We would definitely stay here in the future!

This was a lovely place to stay for 5 nights, allowing us to spend our days visiting Arches, Canyonlands, Dead Horse Point State Park, and to do a rafting trip. Comfortable lovely home, nicely furnished good mattresses. It was just two of us, but we stayed on the main floor and the house did not feel too big. Loved having morning coffee on the back patio. Swim pool was nice too.

This was a very nice property, very well decorated and close to everything, 5 minutes from down town. Would stay here again. Really only sleeps 5 if you go with a bunch of guys. But nice to sit on the veranda and watch the golfers. Very quiet, nice swimming pool.

The location is very pretty and quiet. The neighborhood is very peaceful. It has a cute view overlooking a pond and the golf course. They have the house set up in a really nice way. Just a heads up, management will turn down the water heater to the lowest setting and during the first shower you freeze. You will need to turn this up so that other guests get warm water. They provide the majority of all of the supplies you will need for your stay. Everything was really clean and placed in a good spot. The bedding was beautiful and very comfortable. The only thing we would have liked is for them to bug spray the entire house. There were spiders everywhere. I even got bit by one on my shoulder. It is a cute spot, great location. You are just a couple minutes up the road from the city of Moab and about 10 minutes away from Arches National Park. This was a good choice, however just a little expensive since you do not get access to the pool.
