Thanks for a great rental! The owners put much thought into the condo and its amenities. From the beautiful bedrooms and cozy couch, to the extra toiletries and fully stocked kitchen, we made ourselves at home.
Some of our trip highlights included petroglyphs within walking distance, a star gazing party at Dead Horse Point State Park (30-40 minute drive), seeing the awe inspiring Arches at Arches National Park (10 minute drive), Xtreme 4x4 tour (Gerrit was the best driver!), and window shopping in quaint downtown Moab. We cooled off at the condo pool during the day and star gazed from the hot tub at night.
We are looking forward to another visit to southern Utah and more adventures at the National and State Parks!

Pros: two bedrooms (both upstairs), two bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) and a modest kitchen. It includes a garage, which is great if you're planning to take the doors and top off of your Jeep and looking for a place to store them (we did not due to how hot it was). The place was nice and tidy for the most part. There is a propane grill on the back patio which is where we prepared most of our meals (we like to grill). The kitchen came complete with all the kitchen and grilling tools we needed. There were plenty of trash bags, paper towels, spices, pots and pans, and utensils. All we had to do was buy the groceries. It included a standard top-freezer fridge with icemaker, a dishwasher, and the sink includes a garbage disposal. The two bathrooms had all of the towels, soaps, and shampoos we needed. There was even extra bedding in the closets. The laundry closet has a standard top-load washer and front-load dryer. They even had some laundry tabs for us to use. The place was only 20 minutes from Arches NP, and about 45 minutes from Canyonlands. The Jeep trail that I set out for, "Fins and Things," was only 10 minutes down the road. There is lots to do in and around Moab, and this rental property is all within easy driving distance.
Cons: It's difficult to keep the temperature comfortable. We bought an inexpensive box fan from a nearby grocery store to keep air circulating in the upstairs bedroom. The A/C blower is really loud when it runs. The oven wasn't properly cleaned and we found out the hard way. We had a small, but manageable, grease fire when we first tried to use the oven. The provided bed pillows weren't very comfortable, but we're glad we brought some of our own (this was just more or less a personal preference, not necessarily a knock on their provided pillows). The dishwasher is also really loud when you run it.
Overall, I think I'd stay here again. It certainly beat living out of a hotel for several days.
