I loved my stay here- it was spacious, clean, and cozy! It had everything we needed! We locked ourselves out one day and were able to get back in quickly with the help of staff, who were readily available!

I would stay again!

We only stayed here for two nights but can safely say this was a great value. House was a great place to relax after a day of hiking. Really enjoyed the fireplace! Wasn't able to to make use of the grill but they do have one too.

Short drive to anywhere in Moab and relatively easy to get to Canyonlands and Arches National Parks.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Is very close to both arches and Canyonlands. Kitchen had everything we needed for our four night stay. Master bed was super comfortable. Was just the two of us - I can see how the living room and kitchen might be a little cramped if there were up to 6 ppl. Vacasa was very responsive - great customer service. We ended up staying an extra night in Moab, we enjoyed it so much.

The condo beats staying in a hotel . Comfortable rooms, everything you need to make meals and ample seating area for three adults in family room. If you have a family or as in our case three adults it is very comfortable and cost effective .

I have no real complaints...everything was neat and clean and nice. However, I was frustrated when I tried to make dinner that there was no salt or pepper.

The garage is one car and is extremely tight. There was a bookcase on the side of the garage--which already was a tight sqeeze--made it so inconvenient to get anything out of the car.

Beds were pretty comfortable. Bathrooms were fine.

We had two families coming to Moab for a river trip. Rather than get two hotel rooms, we chose the condo that fit us all very well. There were plenty of extra pillows, blankets, and towels. It was nice to have a place to gather in the living and kitchen. The area was very quiet and nice. The location was close enough to the main road and Arches National park, but away from the city.

If you are not very demanding guests the condo is very nice for a short stay. Unfortunately it was not good explained how to get into the house. But the lady at the phone was helpful. With some limitations we could say it was clean (there were hair in the lower bedroom all over in the bed and in the bathroom). Unfortunately there was no description for the washing maschine - for european people it is very difficult to handle it.
And there was no keycode to get into the pool area. Some guests opened the door for us --- - but we didn't like to swim because the pool, the water and the area around the pool were very dirty.
But all over all we liked our stay, we liked to cook in the kitchen and with the grill (after we cleaned it.... we have never seen a grill as dirty as this one!). The beds were comfortable and it was a quiet neigbourhood. And it is closed to shops, to Arches NP and Canyonlands.

We rented this unit in 2015 through VRBO and had a good experience so booked it again for our May 2017 trip to Moab. This time we were surprised and disappointed to find that the unit was in need of basic maintenance and housekeeping.

We loved this condo at the south end of Moab. At first I was concerned it might be too far away from town, but it was really very close, less than 10' by car to the main grocery store. Since it's well off the highway it's very quiet. The condition of the unit and furnishings was excellent and everything was very clean. The kitchen was fine for cooking simple meals. I would love to stay here again the next time I come out this way.

We had a difficult time identifying which condo we had reserved because as stated the lighting was sparse so that was to be expected. The reason it was made harder was because the bold black numbering for the address on the front of the condo was broken and numbers were missing and although someone had tried to use a black marker to fill in the missing numbers it was faint.
Entry access was smooth and the Internet was great. Cleaning was sub-par throughout and I do not think the bedding is washed ever or at least not often enough. There were stains on the decorative pillows and quilt. One of the blankets we were provided with to use on the couch was literally covered in hair…and not just hair from someone’s head…body hair if you catch my drift, SO gross! At checkout we were asked to start the dish washer and were not required to start a load of laundry but checkout instructions said that it would be greatly appreciated so we did…. There was no bleach… I personally think white sheets and towels being used by multiple strangers is essential!
The furniture was nice and the fireplace was a nice feature if it had worked for more than 45 minutes…. When I tried to ascertain what the problem was by pulling down the front panel there was mouse droppings all over inside!!! When anyone showered upstairs it sounded like they would drop through the shower pan at any minute! Very disconcerting! Overall, I would not stay here again for the price we paid.

We had rented this place for a group of seven. We rented the place for 3 nights. The house was well maintained with all the necessary furnishings. The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood.
The internet was initially not working, but was promptly fixed when we contacted Vacasa.
One minor inconvenience was that the dishes were not all clean when we first got to the house.

WE were on tour from Europe. After a long day of vit=siting Canyonlzands Isle in the Sky and Dead Horse Point, it was a real pleasure to arrive here. The condo was clean, with beautiful views. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to use. the beds are comfortable. The surroundings are quiet, peaceful and pleasant. WE could ask for noting additional. Highly recommended.

The Spanish trail location is great - close enough to town for shopping and meals, but off the main drag. A condo is much roomier than a hotel, particularity with bikes and gear to clean and maintain. It was nice to have a full kitchen for meals and a TV for hanging out. BBQ required a separate propane tank to be picked up which requires some pre-planning. Would be nice if this could be arranged ahead of time.
