Situated in the quiet, tranquil neighborhood of Little Bay makes this retreat the perfect space to unwind and relax after a fun day at the beach or exploring downtown Rockport. You will be centrally located and within a short distance to Rockport Beach, downtown shops, restaurants, fishing piers, and a grocery store. No matter how you spend your day or evening, another perfect vacation day is on the schedule for tomorrow.

The Little Bay Cottage is a perfect place for the whole family to stay and has everything to make you feel at home. After a full day of fun in the sun, you can unwind and relax in the living area furnished with a plush sofa and loveseat. The couch is so comfy, you may never want to get up! The flatscreen Smart TV is equipped with all of your favorite streaming apps (you will need to provide your own login for the streaming apps). There is a separate living area with a comfy couch that is a great place for kids to hang out and play games. Start the day by preparing breakfast in the charming retro kitchen, which features a full suite of appliances and plenty of counter space. There is a breakfast nook that seats four comfortably and a dining table that seats six.

The primary bedroom features a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Relax, unwind, and rejuvenate in the spa-like primary bath and walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a plush queen bed, ample closet space, and everything you need to feel at home. The bunk room is a great space for both kids and adults with a full-size bed and twin-size top bunk. The fourth bedroom has a queen over queen bunk. There is a charming guest bath with a shower/tub combo and two vanities.
