Nice house in a great location. Few minutes walk to downtown and only a short drive to the beach. The house is new, spacious and nicely decorated with everything you’d need for a long stay including kitchen and bar accessories. The beds are comfy and the master suite felt like in a chic hotel!

The house is pet friendly and the owners even provided items like bowls and an extra bed for our pups.

I highly recommend this house next time you’re looking for a clean and beautiful place to stay in Wilmington.

Although the house was fairly nice, very clean and well appointed, the location was extremely disappointed. The home was surrounded by unkempt houses with various unsightly debris. More importantly, the area was noisy throughout the night and for various reasons , we restricted our outside activities. Based upon leasing via Marriott, we anticipated the property/location would be appropriately vetted. A disappointing experience!!!

The place had everything we needed. It is 1 mile west of the historic downtown Wilmington and the riverfront. A small playground a block away. A small backyard to sit outside. Very clean and a new build. Would return again.The area appears to have a lot of houses being renovated and built in the area. No construction around this house, but just in the surrounding roads. Seems like they are revitalizing the area. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
