This is a perfect location to stay while exploring downtown Wilmington. Easy to walk to delicious restaurants and local bars and decent shopping. The views of the river are great on the spacious balcony. Unit was clean and comfy! Have stayed in this unit twice and will be back

Despite the name, Surfer’s Shack is truly not a shack! This apartment in a historic feed store is the perfect getaway spot for two! Wonderful location, great, well-maintained space! We would definitely stay here again! Perfect for a weekend exploring Historic Wilmington…can walk everywhere!

The space was perfect for our large family group visiting family in the area for Christmas vacation. It was clean & stocked with basic essentials upon arrival. Especially helpful was the open space & minimal knick knacks inside & enclosed backyard for 2 toddlers to run around safely. Managers were quickly responsive, the propane in the fire pit was empty, with a text a new tank was delivered within a few hours. The house fit our needs perfectly and we will definitely consider staying again.
