Lovely and well-maintained, this fabulous condo has a large patio off the living room, and another off of the primary bedroom. The patios nearly sit atop the beautiful sand dunes. Our guests will experience a sense of privacy while relaxing on the Adirondack chairs, watching the sunrise as you enjoy your cup of coffee, or savoring an outdoor meal with the ocean breeze. The patio is also located near a green space which is perfect for tossing a football or watching your children or grandchildren enjoying the island sun.
This beautiful condo has recent renovations including marble floors, gorgeous wood plank ceilings, modern bathrooms, crown molding and woodwork, a vanity in the primary bedroom, and personal and creative designer touches throughout. The kitchen has been updated with all new flatware, dishes, pots, pans, a Keurig coffeemaker, and more. The living space was designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. Kick back on possibly the world's most comfortable couch. Get a great night's sleep on the king, queen, or twin-size beds. The plantation shutters provide privacy at night, but open to provide spectacular ocean views during the day. A large deck box on the patio also has beach chairs, boogie boards, and other beach-related equipment.
The living room has a large comfortable couch and two comfortable padded rockers. Enjoy watching a game on the large flatscreen television (with cable access), or watch a movie on the DVD player. The dining room table has room for four with additional seating for three more at the bar. Guests will enjoy the attention to detail and fun décor throughout the condo.
The ground floor gives guests ease and convenience for moving from the parking lot to the condo and patios and onto the beautiful beach. There is a small ramp for access from the parking lot to the sidewalk and the condo entry doorway is 35 inches at its most narrow point. This could be accessible for wheelchairs of this width or smaller.
The condo has a primary suite with an oceanfront patio and view, a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower (it also has an additional vanity and basin, a wall-mounted flatscreen television and cable access, and a large walk-in closet in which the rollaway bed is kept. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a twin bed. The attached renovated bathroom has a large walk-in shower. This bedroom also has a flatscreen television and cable access.

The owners of this condo are members of the private Golf Club and Beach Club of Amelia Island. Not all property owners are members of this exclusive resort and club. Guests can enjoy the resort amenities which include year-round access to the private and gated Beach Club of Amelia Island, the oceanfront pool, and access to the beautiful oceanfront golf course at the Ritz Carlton (at significant discounts to standard greens fees). The Beach Club bar and grill, cabana, and towel services are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Amenity card fee $112 plus tax
