We enjoyed staying in this unit. Was a little disappointed that the beach was not conveniently located and had to drive down to public beach. The unit is very nice. Since I am recovering from a knee a injury it was very hard to get up and down on the very low toilet. If I owned that unit I would replace the small/low toilet with a more standard higher one. It was a good get away for us!!

We were there for a short 3 night visit. We found the condo clean, fairly well equipped and comfortable. The location provides easy access to everything on the Plantation. Would give the management company more than 5 stars if possible. They were responsive, helpful and professional from beginning to end.

We enjoyed our stay overall and the only issues we had were that it`s probably time to look at changing the king mattress in this condo # 2515 because it has lost its support and did not sleep well for us and the floors need to be mopped better upon guest check out as they were dirty when we checked in and the pool could stand to be cleaned out on a regular basis. We noticed pool service putting chemicals in it but the same leaves and sand remained in the pool the whole week of our stay.

We enjoyed this stay very much. The condo and kitchen was well equipped, the pool was great, and we appreciate the small leaf blower to use on the back deck. The only negative was that there was no lock on the bathroom door, and the pocket door into the toilet area of the bathroom wouldn`t even stay closed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Tennis Villas. Make sure you have dinner at Veranda restaurant—exceptional!

Amelia is a beautiful place, so location is great. Overall condition fine as expected. Floors dirty (feet filthy just a few steps after showering) and a couple bugs in the bathroom.

Just two comments for consideration - One the ac controls are a challenging to switch from ac to heat and back. Did not find the battery charger for the patio blower. Otherwise good unit.

We had a great stay at AIP for Thanksgiving. We have been coming to Amelia Island for years, but have never stayed in the Tennis Villas. They are a bit tucked away but still close to the shops, etc. Generally the unit was very quiet and there were not a lot of other guests/residents there during our stay.
