This rental is located on floor 8.
Parking notes: Guest parking is available in the Grand Sandestin parking garage for one vehicle only. Motorcycles, rental golf carts, boats, trailers, and oversized vehicles/buses are prohibited. Beginning on January 9th this complex will require a $10 parking fee. The parking garage will then be accessed via a QR code you will receive once you register your vehicle and pay.

We loved our stay at the Grand Sandestin. The condo was perfect for the two of us, very clean and quiet, bathroom is really spacious. The pool is amazing, two hot tubs as well. Don’t forget to bring your own pool towels as they don’t have any at the pool. There are good walking trails near the property and the private beach is less than 5 minutes away. We definitely will be back!

Everything on this condo is functional. Water pressure is good but this particular condo is so out dated . Window sills has molds. No pots in the kitchen just frying pan. The only pots they've provided is a sauce kind of pots. Sofa/ sofa bed is so uncomfortable. The bed they've provided is so high. View not good

We enjoyed the Condo, it’s set up and quality of service from Vacasa and the cleanliness of the Condo. We did have a couple of comments that are worth noting. Very minor comment, The Coffee Pot is very dated, and should be upgraded to a more modern version. One of the main issues we encountered during our stay was in the bedroom, the mattress had a big sink hole across the middle, not sure what is going on, but it makes it somewhat uncomfortable to sleep….

The place was clean and smelled fresh. Great location- walking distance to Baytown wharf. Nice views from the balcony. Check-in and check-out was also a breeze. Would stay here again.

The location is perfect for anything you may need. It’s close to the grocery store, pool, beach, and Starbucks! The furniture is beautiful and brand new, and you can see everything from the balcony.
