The location is great as you’re right across from the pool and within walking distance of the Baytowne Wharf. Having 3 BR and 3 BA was great for us, as everyone had ample space. The view from the balcony is beautiful!! Overall, a nice place to stay. Mattresses were not great for the adults. No complaints from the kiddos. There was a bit of a hassle trying to get QR codes for the parking garage. You do have to pay $10 to park. We’ve rented with Vacasa before and we did not have that experience with the QR codes not coming through on time or having to pay for parking. Be aware you only get one parking space with this space. I did not understand that before booking. I’m sure I overlooked it, but others may do the same so I wanted to mention that.
