• Parking notes: Parking is available on-site in the two parking lots that border the cluster of the Casitas. These are unmarked parking spaces that are first come, first serve. Parking is not allowed on vacant lots. Boats and trailers are not permitted on-site; however, parking is available in the Island Mooring Marina parking lot across the hwy. Please contact the Island Mooring's office for more information. There is a $10 fee per day. 361-749-4100.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
