The screened lanai is the perfect place to spend sun-soaked afternoons lounging by the heated pool, watching fish jump in the canal, or unwinding with a refreshing drink as the sky turns brilliant shades of color at sunset.

The fully equipped kitchen features a wall-mounted oven and plenty of room to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to family feasts. Fire up the gas grill for an outdoor barbecue and enjoy dinner surrounded by the peaceful waterfront setting. Inside, comfortable living spaces and ceiling fans in every bedroom make it easy to settle in, while a dedicated desk provides a convenient spot to catch up on work when needed.

Step out to the private dock to cast a fishing line, relax by the water, or tie up your own boat. The boat lift is not available for guest use. With Gulf access approximately 10 minutes away by boat, days on the water are within easy reach, whether you're heading out for fishing, cruising, or exploring Southwest Florida's waterways.

Adventure awaits on land, too! Four adult bikes and one children's bike are provided for exploring the neighborhood, and your dog is welcome to join the fun. Whether you're planning an action-packed family vacation, a peaceful waterfront retreat, or an extended snowbird stay, Cascade Sunset offers the perfect setting to slow down, soak up the sunshine, and enjoy the best of Florida living.

For added security, a motion-activated camera with sound capability is positioned to monitor the entryway. It does not record guests.

Pool Heating Terms & Conditions

Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $32 per day, plus tax. Guests must contact VueStay at least 72 hours before arrival to request pool heat.

The pool uses an electric heater that relies on outdoor air temperatures. Under favorable conditions, the heater can generally warm the pool to approximately 20°F above the outside air temperature. Pool heating is weather-dependent, and a specific pool temperature, including 85°F, is not guaranteed.

When outdoor temperatures drop to approximately 55°F or below, the heater may not operate. During cold fronts and cooler periods, particularly from December through February, the pool may take longer to warm or may not reach or maintain a comfortable swimming temperature.

Outdoor temperatures, overnight lows, wind, rain, and other weather conditions can affect heating performance. Pool heating fees apply once the service is requested, regardless of weather conditions or the temperature the pool ultimately reaches.

We strongly recommend checking the Cape Coral weather forecast shortly before your stay before deciding whether to purchase pool heat. Although Southwest Florida is generally warm, cold fronts can bring significantly lower temperatures, especially from December through February, reducing the heater's effectiveness.

Please understand that adding pool heat does not guarantee a particular water temperature. By requesting this service, guests acknowledge that pool heating performance depends on weather conditions and that the pool may not reach or maintain the desired temperature during cooler periods.
