Start the day on one of the sunny balconies, or head down the spiral staircase to the lanai and have a cup of coffee poolside. The fully covered space is an entertainment area: fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco at the table for four; chat at the seating area or watch the outdoor TV. There's a mini-fridge on hand, too, so there's no need to go back upstairs for a frosty beverage.

When it's time to head out, you're minutes from the beach, golf, shops, and restaurants. Beach chairs, an umbrella, and a boogie board are conveniently provided. Boat, jet ski, kayak, and paddleboard rentals, as well as shelling & wildlife tours, are all nearby as well. Explore on two wheels courtesy of the two adult bikes available for your use, or explore by water – tie your boat to the private dock.

Inside the home, the chef will love the well-equipped kitchen, with a full suite of appliances, plenty of countertop space, and all the gadgets they need to whip up a meal. If you're dining indoors, there's a table tucked into the breakfast nook and a formal dining table around the corner.

In the evening, gather around the firepit on the lanai for conversation or stream your favorite shows together on the TV in the living room.
