Recent Marco Island vacation rental reviews

Beautifully decorated condo! The condo was extremely clean upon arrival and well stocked with essential items. The location was quiet and off the beaten path. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. Loved how this unit had very well thought of extras for guests such as towel hooks on the balcony! They also provided beach toys, beach chairs, other beach recreation equipment and a beach cart for guests convenience. The Vacasa staff that manages this property was very prompt and eager to assist with any inquiries. Definitely recommend this property!

I loved everything including the beautiful pool

Comfortable and roomy house in a great location. Minutes away from the bay and the channel out towards the Gulf. Easy access and very close to other amenities like marinas and restaurants like the Snook Inn. The furnishing are a little dated, but the house is very comfortable and well equipped. The pool and deck are excellent for cooking out and cooling off after a day on the water. I would highly recommend this house!

Where is Marco Island, FL?

Located in Collier County, Marco Island is the largest barrier island in the Ten Thousand Islands, a chain of islands and mangrove islets near the coast of sunny southwest Florida. The only developed land in the Ten Thousand Islands, Marco Island is about 24 square miles and features more than 100 miles of waterways.

Things to do in Marco Island, FL

Tigertail Beach is the premier beach destination in Marco Island. With five boardwalks, a picnic area with grills, a sand volleyball court, a playground, and a butterfly garden, the area is the perfect location to relax and enjoy some sunshine. This beach is even recognized as a birding site by the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conversation Commission. Take a dip in the water, keep an eye out for some birds, and maybe go sea-shelling all before lunch.

Only a few minutes from our Marco Island rentals, you'll find Collier Seminole State Park, where guests can camp, canoe, fish, boat, picnic, or simply enjoy Florida nature. The park offers narrated boat tours, shelling excursions, and canoe trips, and the Briggs Nature Center features a half-mile boardwalk from which guests can observe wildlife.

Day trips from Marco Island, FL

Marco Island sits just 90 miles west of electrifying Miami. This city has some fascinating history of its own that you'll definitely want to check out. The Art Deco Historic District features architecture from the 1930s and 1940s, but the whole city has tons of charm: North Beach especially is home to amazing boutiques and restaurants!

If you're willing to travel a little farther, Tampa is just over 155 miles from Marco Island. Home to Busch Gardens, this gorgeous city offers it all: aquariums, nature trails, and lots of professional games at Tropicana Field.

Florida is fairly perfect on its own, though one way to make it better is having a comfortable place to call your own. Our single-family homes and condos are just that. And the best part is that they're close to all the action, so you won't have to leave paradise to enjoy every second of Marco Island. Book your Marco Island vacation rental today!
