This secluded, single-level home sits close to the rugged bluffs that Sea Ranch is known for, offering guests immediate access to Walk On Beach at the end of the road. You'll be one mile south of the Del Mar Recreation Center (which offers a heated outdoor pool, saunas, and two tennis courts), less than a mile from Shell Beach, and four miles south of downtown Gualala.

This ocean view retreat is an ideal home base for families with children, a couple looking for romance, or a group of friends. It's also next door to the Samson Getaway, creating a convenient setup for multi-family trips (please call Vacasa for additional details).

Upon entering the living space, you'll be greeted by high ceilings, a spacious sectional sofa, and a wall of windows that overlook the ocean. Use the provided logs to build a fire in the stone hearth, choose a good book from the shelves, or sit down at the coffee table to play a board game with your children.

Wake up each morning to watch deer roam through the coastal meadows, and make breakfast as a family in the full kitchen. This cozy space is equipped with standard appliances, a dishwasher, plentiful cabinet storage, and an adjacent dining room with window-side seating for six.
