A second living area on the lower level offers a wood-burning fireplace, a couch, a foosball table, and a 37-inch TV with an Xbox One and PS4, as well as controllers- great for children's entertainment. On the top level, you will find an office with a large desk and ample light.
The well-equipped kitchen is appointed with stainless steel appliances and ample cookware. Gather for meals at the eight-person table and the four-person breakfast bar. Prepare snacks in the downstairs kitchenette, which offers a stove, a microwave, and a refrigerator.
This three-story home has four bedrooms, including a primary suite with a private bathroom offering a jetted tub/shower combination. - Incline Village beach access and recreation center amenities (pools, fitness center, group fitness classes, etc.) are no longer available to guests. Beaches outside of Incline Village may be open; visit the Tahoe Public Beach website for details.
- A long-term tenant occupies the apartment under the detached garage, which is accessed via a separate entrance.
- The basement does not have air conditioning, but it remains a comfortable temperature and serves as a great kids retreat featuring bunk beds, TV with an XBox/playstation, and foosball.
- Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
- This rental has a strict no-parties policy with quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
