Charming duplex with fast WiFi 2 blocks from the bay- snowbirds welcome
The best of Rockport is right outside your door in this homey, comfortable duplex, walking distance to the water. Outside, you’ll love the large backyard and covered patio for coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening. Inside, you’ll love the large, light-filled living space and cozy feeling created by the wood paneling, complemented by cheerful pops of color. The open kitchen features a full suite of appliances and an updated island – a perfect gathering space while cooking. Dine together at the large, adjacent table or step out into the sunroom for a meal.
Fire up the gas grill for dinner when you return from the day's adventures or visit one of the many restaurants within walking distance if you don’t feel like cooking. If you’ve got any remote work to catch up on, the high-speed WiFi will make it a breeze. At the end of the day, choose a spot on one of the comfy couches to stream your favorite movies before bed.
