On the second level of this gorgeous property, you will find a designer kitchen, a dining room, and a spacious family room with a large electric fireplace and a convenient hall bath close by. Off the living room is a large covered porch overlooking the water, and a great place to watch our world-famous sunsets.

Halfway up the staircase to level three is a large home office with amazing views through multiple large glass windows. Continue up to the top of the stairs and you will find the three bedrooms. The main king suite boasts a full private bath with double vanity, doorless shower, and free-standing soaking tub. The remaining two bedrooms include a king with a private bath and a TV, as well as a queen bedroom with a TV. At the Bend also offers a hot tub for warm soaks after a day at the beach, which is just a short walk to the public beach access path.
