We rented this condo back in April 2025 and there were several issues-a LOT of pet stains on the carpet-broken toilet seat-lights/fan in bedroom didnt work-outdoor furniture very dirty. I let Vacasa know about these issues. I messaged them before we rented again for Christmas and was told they had been addressed. When we got there, everything was spotless! The carpet has been removed and replaced by beautiful flooring. All the other issues had been corrected. We had a wonderful stay and will absolutely rent this condo again!
