The location of this retreat is unbeatable. There is a bike shop and a fix-it within walking distance. On Route #54 is the Freeman Center; bring your chair and watch live music every night! Close by in Fenwick is a boat rental, including sailboats, kayaks, canoes, and speedboats. Fenwick Island Water slide is one block; go-karts are one block; video games are one block, with local streets having dead ends to traffic roads.
The main living space is located on the home's second floor, featuring an open floor plan seamlessly combining the living and dining areas and kitchen. The living room offers comfortable sofas and a TV with cable. The open kitchen has all the essentials, including a dishwasher for easy post-meal clean-up. Access to the large wraparound balcony, furnished with an outdoor dining area, gas grill, and lounge area. This floor also hosts a washer/dryer.
The first-floor living space has a sofa and TV, popcorn and coffee station, stand-up arcade games, a board game table that seats eight, and a mini-fridge for beverages. There are board games for all ages, baby gates, beach chairs, and a beach buggy for toting gear. There is an outdoor deck with a swing chair for relaxing and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
